These days I’ve been working a lot doing illustrations for the postgraduate. I needed to have a break, breath some fresh air and draw something more personal, in my own style. Here it is, inspired by ‘street style’ fashion!

Estos días he estado trabajando mucho haciendo ilustraciones para el posgrado. Necesitaba hacer un descanso, respirar un poco de aire fresco y dibujar algo más personal, en mi propio estilo. Aquí está, inspirado en la moda ‘street style’! 

Deers and Squirrels are two illustrations I did from a series of four called “Autumn. Mountain animals”.

I introduce you my current project, now I’m working on some fashion illustrations. This is a kind of work absolutely different of what I’m used to, though I’m enjoying it so much! I hope you like and enjoy as much as I do :)

Os presento mi actual proyecto, estoy trabajando en algunas ilustraciones de moda. Se trata de un trabajo totalmente diferente a lo que estoy más acostumbrada, aunque lo estoy disfrutando mucho! Espero que os guste y lo disfrutéis tanto como yo :)

Esta animación es de Lara Lee, ilustradora y diseñadora gráfica coreana afincada en Londres. Se trata de su proyecto final para el BA de diseño gráfico, donde varios niños cuentan cuáles son sus animales favoritos y mientras, ella los dibuja paso a paso según lo que ellos van diciendo. Cada frame esta dibujado individualmente y luego animado.

This animation is by Lara Lee, an illustrator and graphic designer from Korea and based in London. It’s her final year project of graphic design BA at Kookmin University. Different children are heard describing their favourite animal, and I then draw it according to what they say, so that the creature “grows itself” in an completely unexpected way. Each frame is drawn individually.

I really like Marion Billet’s illustrations :) Her style reminds me of Marc Boutavant’s, with very bright colours and big-eyed animals characters. So cool!
